We had family room with a dining area, a mini-refrigerator, and a kettle. Location: the hotel was near to the front garden and outdoor activities, beautiful countryside walks and local pubs and eateries. Also, we greatly enjoyed quick access to Llangollen War Memorial and other tourist points.

The room was okay and comfortable, and there was a cafe near the place which served good coffee. The location was also great, close to town and just a short walk to some attractions. it was a decent stay.
We were quite disappointed with the lack of amenities. The bathroom was not really clean, and there were no toiletries provided. We had to ask for towels, which were available but at extra cost. Additionally, we had difficulty finding parking and were not given any assistance with this. For the price we paid, we expected more from our romantic escape.

The value for money at the hostel was fantastic and the rooms were super clean with larger than expected showers. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with cheap parking nearby.
The breakfast selection could be improved a bit, specifically in terms of variety.

We recently stayed at a hostel in a beautiful small town. What we loved about this hostel was the friendly staff who offered us a parking card for a reduced rate. the view from our room was breath, taking and we loved waking up to the stunning surroundings every morning. the simple complimentary breakfast was a nice way to start the day. We also enjoyed the option of cooking our own meals in the well, equipped kitchen.
the entrance through the back door could have been easier to use at night if it was well, lit.
